In a bold move to propel research endeavors to new heights, New Era University proudly unveils its latest initiative spearheaded by the University Research Center. This innovative program seeks to appoint Research Coordinators for each college within the university, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
The appointment of Research Coordinators signifies a strategic investment in advancing research initiatives and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration across academic units. These visionary leaders will serve as catalysts for change, guiding faculty members, researchers, and students on a transformative journey towards research excellence.
Based on the joint memorandum of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the University Research Center dated February 20, 2024, College Deans have been entrusted with the pivotal task of identifying and nominating candidates who embody the spirit of research excellence and possess the requisite skills and passion to lead their respective colleges to new heights.
The role of Research Coordinators transcends traditional boundaries, encompassing a diverse array of responsibilities designed to empower researchers and drive impactful outcomes. From coordinating research activities to providing invaluable guidance on proposal development and navigating the intricate research approval process, these luminaries will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of research at New Era University.
As the university embarks on its journey towards research excellence and celebrates the NEU Golden Jubilee, all faculty members, researchers, and students are urged to embrace this transformative initiative and actively participate in research activities within their respective colleges.
