Satisfaction Survey on a Commencement Exercises Analyzed as Repeated-Measures Design

This study analyzed the satisfaction ratings of a University’s Commencement Exercises using nonparametric statistics due to violations of parametric assumptions. The survey questionnaire, validity, and reliability were assessed before distribution to graduating students. The findings indicated statistically significant differences in the satisfaction ratings among the Likert items, with majority of respondents rating the ceremony as good to excellent.
